Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Asset Management Team, the candidate will lead the Business Intelligence function, monitoring and analyzing business performance across the entire HIP Portfolio and identifying risks, best practices, and trends. The role will translate these findings into a comprehensive set of insights for key stakeholders, supporting informed decision‐making and strategic actions.
* Serve as the primary owner of Asset Management analysis and insights within the company, supported by a team of two
* Analyze, consolidate, and manage data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and actions
* Acquire a 360-degree understanding of portfolio assets across financial, revenue, operational, real estate, experience, and product dimensions
* Conduct deep dive analyses to identify root causes and define tailored action plans
* Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure the timely delivery of business solutions
* In collaboration with the Data and Analytics Team, automate processes and incorporate technology to improve efficiency and data‐analysis capabilities
Required Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
* 4–6 years of experience in consulting, finance, or real estate; experience in the hospitality xohynlm sector will be highly valued
* Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure, analyze, and present complex information effectively
* Exceptional analytical skills, with strong critical thinking, problem‐solving mindset, and high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of structuring ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders, and delivering compelling presentations.
* Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions and contribute to a high‐performance environment
