Position Overview
We are looking for a BI Platform Administrator & Business Process Manager to lead and enhance our internal BI tools and data platform (MS Fabrics). This hybrid role blends technical platform management with cross-functional process improvement, supporting digital transformation across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, maintain, and develop the internal BI platform (MS Fabrics / Power Platform)
* Translate business needs into effective BI and data solutions
* Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and user adoption across departments
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and enable data-driven decision-making
* Drive digitalization initiatives across ERP, data, and reporting flows
* Propose improvements and build roadmap for BI governance and structure
What You Bring
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools, Power Platform, or MS Fabrics
* Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or finance
* Ability to act as a bridge between IT and business teams
* Proactive mindset and ability to propose technical and functional solutions
