If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as an Account Manager Executive in Valencia (Hybrid), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.What you will do in this roleFocus on developing and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, driving acquisition, retention, and growth across mid-sized accounts.Own the overall account strategy and sales execution.Systematically qualify customer potential and address whitespace opportunities across the full product portfolio.Collaborate closely with the Channel team (PBM, iPBM, Proximity) to align account strategies.Drive PC++ Sales (including Headsets, Displays, and Care Packs) as well as Print Transactional Sales.Lead the solution-building process and engage pooled central inside sales specialists and presales experts when needed.Identify and engage new contacts within assigned accounts, elevate relationships across the full portfolio, and manage structured communications based on strategic sequencing.Own opportunity identification, qualification, and management.
Proactively hunt within low or no SOW accounts.Coordinate with in-market technical consultants to provide expert support when required.Support or lead project management efforts, own pricing discussions, ensure compliance with general pricing guidelines, and manage negotiations and sales closure with a focus on profitability.Support renewals and post-sales activities in partner-led opportunities, offering guidance on cross-sell and upsell strategies based on customer needs, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.What Concentrix is looking forProficient or bilingual in German with advanced English levelProven ability to self-prospect via cold outreach using multiple contact toolsSkilled in building strong relationships with decision-makersCapable of navigating complex organizations to identify expansion opportunitiesExperienced in leading meetings with IT and Procurement stakeholdersStrong business acumen with the ability to develop long-term growth strategiesAnalytical mindset to identify key business challenges and propose actionable solutionsAbility to manage the end-to-end sales process for transactional and, in selected cases, contractual opportunities1–3 years of relevant industry sales experienceEnjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentPassionate about technology, customer relationships, and business growthDon't meet every requirement?
