Overview
We are looking for a French speaking Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with English.
Purpose of the role
We would like to have experts to become ambassadors of our brands. We would like our experts to provide 360º support to all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios (including physical stores and e commerce), basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Responsibilities
* Provide 360º support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce
* Provide basic technical support for troubleshooting
* Perform backoffice tasks as needed
* Act as brand ambassadors and maintain high standards of customer service
Qualifications
* C2 Level of French
* Advanced level of English
* Listening and understanding capacity

Desirable experience
* Digital (User level)/ e-commerce user

* A plus if they have previous experiences in services in store attending consumer´s on these product categories

Offer
* 38.5h/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 18.00
* Salary: 20846.20€ gross/year
