Job summary
As a P2P Officer, you will manage supplier invoice processing at a global level, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. You will be part of the GFS P2P team, working closely with an external BPO partner in India, handling complex and exception‑based cases, and acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely supplier invoice processing.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage escalations from the BPO team.
* Support and guide the BPO team on functional matters.
* Collaborate with internal teams on invoice-related queries.
* Monitor processing quality and support continuous improvements.
* Work with systems including SAP, Jira, Tableau, and internal platforms.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Experience or strong interest in P2P / Accounts Payable.
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
SAP experience is a plus.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‑paced global environment.
* Team‑oriented, with experience working with external partners (BPO).
