What will you do?
Colaborar en el cumplimentar los objetivos marcados de servicio, satisfacción de clientes y eficacia de los procesos wellness.
Colaborar y apoyar en la supervisión y control del cumplimiento de protocolos.
Proponer y coordinar las ofertas para la captación de clientes, diseño de promociones, etc., con la aprobación del Director del Hotel.
Gestionar al equipo de Spa En ausencia del Responsable del mismo (selección, acogida, integración, formación, turnos, bajas, altas, etc.).
Participar en los procesos administrativos y contables propios de la gestión de cobros de la recepción del SPA.
Gestionar y supervisar el aprovisionamiento de materiales y productos utilizados para el desarrollo de los servicios.
Supervisar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, avisando a la Gobernanta y al Jefe de mantenimiento de cualquier posible incidencia.
What are we looking for?
Formación requerida: Grado Universitario o Grado Superior especializado.
Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en puesto similar.
Habilidades comerciales, alta orientación al cliente.
Inglés nivel alto.
Se valorará conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office.
