We’re looking for our next Community Manager to join our Marketing team, with a strong focus on managing and growing our English-speaking communities .

Community management in English: Manage and engage with our English-speaking audience across social platforms (Instagram and TikTok).
✨ Content publishing & coordination: Schedule, publish, and coordinate content in collaboration with the Content Creator and Marketing teams.
✨ Brand voice & engagement: Ensure a consistent brand tone in English through comments, DMs, replies, and interactions.
✨ Social listening: Monitor conversations, mentions, and trends relevant to the brand and our community.
✨ Moderation & customer care: Respond to messages, comments, and reviews, maintaining a positive brand image and escalating issues when needed.
✨ Performance tracking: Stay up to date with international social media trends and platform updates to enhance community engagement.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English .
1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager or in social media roles for brands or agencies.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for community management, sentiment analysis, content support, social listening, reporting, or workflow automation. In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms from a community and engagement perspective.
Cultural sensitivity: Languages: Native or professional-level English (essential). Spanish is a plus.
