The OpportunityJoin Our Team as a Data Loss Prevention Analyst!The Group Cyber Security (GCS) and Data Loss Prevention Operations (DLPaaS) Team is responsible for the initial analysis, monitoring, and escalation of data loss cases detected from cloud, endpoint, and email data protection controls. Our role is to safeguard Zurich’s intellectual property from unauthorized exfiltration.You will encounter various types of alerts, including security breaches, intellectual property theft, insider trading, fraud, and attempts to bypass security controls. This role involves handling personal information as well as confidential and highly sensitive company data.This position offers the opportunity to work with Group Data Protection and Privacy (DPP) and Group Cyber Security teams, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, advanced processes, and subject matter expertise.Key responsibilitiesAre you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact on our enterprise DLP solutions?As a DLP Analyst,
you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and daily monitoring of the enterprise DLP solutions. The main duties of the person in this role will include monitoring and responding to alerts generated by the tool. This person will interface closely with other GCS Information Security Analysts, and members of the Incident Management Team from the Business Unit.You will be responsible for:
Monitoring alerts
generated from the DLP systems and other technologies, ensuring swift and effective responses.Engaging with end users
and following the incident management process in alignment with local requirements.Responding to escalations
by the Incident Management Team, showcasing your problem-solving skills.Supporting DLP rule implementation
, monitoring functionality, and reporting gaps and issues to continuously improve our DLP systems.Conducting tests
for DLP rules to validate their effectiveness and providing constant feedback.Collaborating in BU audit actions
for DLP rules, ensuring compliance and security.Your Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of tools
like Microsoft Purview, Defender, Proofpoint, Symantec DLP, Splunk, Xsoar, MS Office, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.1+ years of experience
in DLP, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Information Security, Data Analysis, Compliance, Insurance, or a similar area.Demonstrated integrity
in a professional environment.Confidence
in speaking to people at all levels.Excellent administration skills
, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, with some working knowledge of Zurich (or other financial/insurance institutions) and their business practices.A teamwork mindset to work within a diverse, global, virtual team.The ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficiently .Fluency in English
