Role Overview

Groupon helps customers discover deals on local experiences.

This role supports the back-end operations of merchant campaigns.
\n
The Campaign Operations Intern will support the back-end setup of Groupon merchant campaigns.
\n
This includes working with various teams to bring deals to life, ensuring all campaign details, forms, and configurations are accurate.
\n
This is a paid internship for candidates based in Valencia who are currently studying.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
Support backend configuration of Groupon merchant campaigns.
\n
Assist in managing editorial assets for campaigns.
\n
Track and apply feedback and revisions from internal teams.
\n
Ensure campaigns meet editorial and technical standards before launch.
\n
Maintain internal documentation for campaign workflows.
\n
Communication with merchants for any information requests.
\n
Help troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Fluent C1 in German.
\n
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
\n
Strong attention to detail.
\n
Experience with content management systems or workflow tools is preferred.
\n
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
\n
Basic HTML or CMS experience is a plus.
\n
Strong communication skills.
\n
Collaborative mindset.
