PPaid Media Specialist Analyst /ppLocation: Remote from Spain (an indefinite Spanish employment contract) /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist Analyst to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with global digital campaign analysis, paid media expertise and data‑driven insight generation. This role will help shape and scale our Customer digital marketing analytics capabilities. /ppYou will work cross‑functionally with global and local marketing teams and media agencies to bring clarity to campaign performance, optimize investment, and connect marketing activity to business outcomes. /ppbProject Overview: /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Paid Media Specialist to lead our global data‑driven decision‑making initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing comprehensive analytics strategies that empower international brands. /ppbRequirements: /b /pulli5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on strategic analysis and insights /lili3+ years of experience in planning, running and optimizing paid display, paid social and programmatic campaigns. /lili3+ years hands‑on on Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms /lili3+ years of end‑to‑end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across these channels /liliAdvanced proficiency with GA4, GTM, and data‑visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik) /liliExperience working with data lakes/warehouses (Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, SnapLogic) /liliExperience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama). /liliProven track record of translating complex data into actionable growth strategies for global or multi‑market audiences, delivering measurable business impact /liliExcellent quantitative and qualitative reporting skills; ability to craft compelling narratives from analytics outputs that link insights to potential ROI /liliPassion for performance/growth marketing, self‑driven with a continuous improvement attitude, and eagerness to learn and scale into new advertising platforms and strategies /liliStrong problem‑solving, project management, organizational, and interpersonal abilities /liliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) /liliExcellent level of English, both written and spoken /li /ulpWill be a plus: /pulliGoogle Ads, Meta, or other relevant paid‑media certifications /liliSalesforce and Marketing Cloud experience /liliExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems /liliStrong background in statistical analysis/predictive modeling; proficiency in R or Python is highly desirable /li /ulpbResponsibilities: /b /ppStrategic Analytics Leadership: /pulliDevelop and implement Global Digital Marketing Analytics Data Strategy Roadmap /liliIdentify and capitalize on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies /liliProvide strategic insights to inform and enhance global digital marketing initiatives /liliEngage with regional business owners and global Centers of Excellence to identify, scope, and define advanced analytics use cases /li /ulpAdvanced Data Analysis and Visualization: /pulliConduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, marketing performance, and web analytics /liliCreate sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex insights /liliDevelop and optimize attribution models to accurately measure campaign effectiveness /liliCreate campaign and website performance reports /li /ulpCampaign Optimization and Performance Measurement: /pulliDesign and implement robust measurement strategies for digital campaigns and web properties, including tag management /liliLead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization /liliReview and test campaigns, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement /li /ulpTake on the subject matter expert role in paid media: /pulliDevelop local/global paid media strategies and launch high-performance digital campaigns (demand generation, nurturing) across advertising platforms (all things Paid Display, Paid Social and Programmatic) /liliSet up and maintain multiple PPC campaigns including writing ads, design campaign structure, bid strategies, conversion tracking, audience targeting, landing pages, and other variables to improve performance of ad spend /liliprovide recommendations and best practices towards framing new campaign and optimizing live ones to achieve the best results and ROI on paid investment /liliCreate and manage remarketing, look-a-like and other custom audiences across all paid media platforms /li /ulpCross-functional Collaboration and Communication: /pulliPresent analytical findings and strategic recommendations to colleagues, senior managers, and clients /liliLead global initiatives to educate business teams in interpreting and using analytics /liliIdentify data/system challenges and requirements to improve speed to insight and action /li /ulpTechnical Leadership and Innovation: /pulliSpearhead the adoption and integration of advanced analytics tools and methodologies /liliLead the transition to and full utilization of GA4 and other next-generation analytics platforms /liliExplore and implement machine learning and AI applications in marketing analytics /li /ulpbWhy this position: /b /ppYou will be part of great goal-oriented Digital Marketing team.
