As a Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing Operations (PP/MES Integration), you will design and implement cutting-edge manufacturing solutions, integrating SAP Production Planning (PP) with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production workflows across our global network.You will work at the heart of our transformation programs, collaborating closely with Solution Architects, IT experts, and business stakeholders to create compliant, efficient, and future-ready manufacturing operations.Design and implement IT solutions for SAP PP and MES integration, ensuring seamless process flows and optimal system performance.Translate business needs into robust, validated manufacturing solutions that meet pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements.Lead global projects in SAP manufacturing operations, managing implementation from blueprint to go-live.Consult and advise on SAP PP and MES best practices, acting as a trusted expert for manufacturing operations across the organization.Coordinate with internal and external partners, including Fresenius Digital Technology and service providers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.Identify and drive optimizations in SAP systems and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.Conduct workshops and training sessions to align stakeholders and build operational excellence in manufacturing systems.Ensure compliance with pharma-specific validation standards and service management protocols.Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.~4+ years of experience with manufacturing operations and SAP end-to-end processes (Plan-to-Produce).~ Expert-level knowledge of SAP PP and proven experience integrating SAP with MES.~ Strong understanding of SAP ERP fundamentals and manufacturing process design.~ Solid project experience, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals.~ ServiceNow).~ Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).~ Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.Cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse teams and suppliers.Proactive mindset with excellent prioritization skills.At Fresenius Kabi, you will be part of a global team that transforms healthcare operations through innovative manufacturing solutions.
