At Robert Walters, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for an international company in the industrial (automotive) sector based in Zaragoza. Reporting to the HR Director, this person will be responsible for leading the White Collar talent attraction strategy across the company, as well as employer branding initiatives, performance indicators for continuous improvement, development of external partners, and leadership of a recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish the recruitment and hiring plan for White Collar positions based on the company’s needs.
* Lead high-volume recruitment processes in the industrial sector for White Collar roles.
* Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for White Collar positions.
* Communicate and hold regular meetings with Hiring Managers from each department to identify staffing needs and keep them informed about recruitment progress.
* Develop and manage relationships with external partners (recruitment agencies and headhunters), ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up.
* Build and maintain relationships with universities and business schools, especially those with programs aligned with the company’s business.
* Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
* Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote job opportunities.
* Develop onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees.
* Analyze and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and drive continuous improvement. Present findings to international HQ.
* Stay up to date with trends and best practices in White Collar recruitment.
Job Requirements:
* Academic background: University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 7 years leading talent acquisition teams in industrial sectors, with a focus on White Collar profiles.
* Proven experience in directly managing recruitment teams.
* Languages: Advanced English is essential, as the company is international and requires ongoing communication and reporting to HQ.
* Work schedule: 100% on-site at the production plant.
