We're hiringPosition: Low-Code Developer – Business Workflow AutomationLocation: León, Spain (Hybrid work model)Department: Big DataAre you passionate about process automation and continuous improvement?At HP SCDS, we're looking for a Citizen Developer to collaborate with business areas and transform processes using low-code/no-code platforms, primarily ServiceNow.What you'll doAnalyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Implement automations using PlayBooks in ServiceNow.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand needs and validate solutions.Document workflows and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.(You'll work with processes of varying complexity, from simple tasks to workflows involving cross-team collaboration and integration with multiple tools.)What we're looking forAbility to understand processes and propose effective solutions.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.English proficiency (minimum B2) to collaborate on international projects and in general environments.Programming and scripting knowledge, especially in JavaScript.Previous experience with ServiceNow or PlayBooks is not required but will be valued.
