Total Rewards Project Manager Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our total rewards strategy on compensation and benefits. This role requires creativity, analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Executive Compensation: Design and administer executive compensation plans, including short- and long-term incentive plans.
* Total Reward Design: Develop comprehensive total reward programs, including base pay, incentives, benefits and recognition programs.
* Salary Review and Benchmarking: Lead annual salary review processes, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
* Variable Compensation Schemes: Design and implement variable compensation schemes, including sales incentives and bonuses.
* Job Description Evaluation: Conduct thorough job analysis and evaluations to inform total reward strategies.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A University Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or Management.
* At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulations.
* Experience working with HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
