What Will Your Responsibilities Be
* You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365
* You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device
* You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
* You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service

Requirements
* Native level of Dutch
* Previous experience in sales
* Communication and social skills
* High level of English
* Passionate about technologies
