WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365
You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device
You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service

Competitive salary 1500€/1700€ + commissions

REQUIREMENTS
Native level of Dutch
Previous experience in sales
Communication and social skills
High level of English
