Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of delivery processes, managing key aspects such as PR/PO issuance, project initiation, and monitoring of project risks and assumptions.
* Support the integration and implementation of digital tools, facilitating the transition to a more efficient and digital delivery model.
* Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely execution and to proactively identify and address potential risks.
* Organize and manage project documentation, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and up to date.
* Manage the PDRT process, ensuring that materials meet review standards prior to the DRX review, coordinating with review experts during the process, and supporting daily PDRT operations.
* Provide regular reports summarizing the PDRT review progress, distributing project monitoring updates to relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of developments.
Main tasks:
* Delivery Operations Support:
* Manage PR/PO issuance, project initiation, and risk/assumption monitoring.
* Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure a smooth transition to digital delivery.
* Project Lifecycle Management:
* Track projects to ensure on-time execution and promptly identify potential risks.
* Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* PDRT Management:
* Before DRX review: Verify DRX material quality to meet review standards.
* During DRX review: Coordinate with review experts and facilitate the process.
* Support PDRT daily operations and provide a monthly PDRT report summarizing review progress.
* Regularly distribute project monitoring reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Other requirements:
* Language Proficiency:
* Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish (both written and spoken).
* Technical Skills:
* Proficient in Excel and other office software, with data processing and analysis capabilities.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and risk monitoring.
* Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven processes.
* Experience:
* Relevant work experience is preferred, especially in delivery operations, project management, or digital tool application.
* Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills.
