Purpose of the job:
The IT Systems Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the operation and technical administration of Microsoft Azure, O365, and other SaaS solutions, in line with business demands and service posture improvement. He/ She is the responsible engineer of core technologies within IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical realization, and best performing solutions
Key tasks and responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the cloud and on-premises
1. Establish, configure, test and maintain cloud systems, application software and system management tools
2. Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT staff
3. Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency, and decomplexing the environment
4. Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Functional knowledge and technical skills within own and other areas:
5. In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of Windows Server technologies, Active Directory Services, VMware, Veeam, PowerShell Scripting, automatization, and system management tools
6. In-depth knowledge of cloud service provider (Microsoft Azure, O365)
7. Understanding of mobile technology and OS (Android, iOS, Intune)
8. Technical expertise in VoIP solutions (MS Teams, Audiocodes)
Educational requirements/qualifications and experience:
System Engineer:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education or work experience
10. 5+ years of prior relevant experience in the IT infrastructure area or equivalent Senior Engineer/Administrator positions in global manufacturing environments, of which 2+ years in depth experience in successful leading organizational wide projects and implementations
11. Strong English language skills mandatory
12. Certifications such as MCSE/MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+, are a plus
System Administrator:
13. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education or work experience
14. 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the IT infrastructure area or equivalent Administrator positions in manufacturing environments
15. Strong English language skills mandatory
16. Certifications such as MCP, CompTIA A+, are a plus
Key competencies:
