What are we looking for?
We're seeking a Data Business Analyst to join our Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support our transition to a new data platform. In this role, your focus will be to analyse the current BI landscape, understand business needs, and identify gaps between the legacy and future data environments.
While you won't be building dashboards full-time initially, you must be able to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis.
High english level is required.
Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
What does UST expect from you?
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline
* 3+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role
* Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL
* Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments
* Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation
* Ability to understand and communicate data/reporting-related changes and its business impact
* Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights
* Data analysis and problem solving skills
* Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectively
* Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems
Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
