What will you do?
1. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
2. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
3. Consolidate and build the customer base.
4. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
5. Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
6. Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
7. Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Candidate profile
8. Bachelor's degree preferred
9. 12 months of outbound sales experience
10. Goal-driven with strong KPI orientation
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and consult by phone
12. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
13. Native-level German and solid English proficiency
14. EU passport or valid Spanish residence/work permit required
