Responsibilities Manage advertising projects for new business proposals and pitches aimed at acquiring new clients
Coordinate and oversee the production of creative proposals: digital campaigns, event concepts, printed materials, activations, merchandising, banners, and other relevant deliverables
Analyze complex briefings from potential clients, break down specific tasks, and align deliverables with the strategic needs of the pitch
Serve as the main point of contact throughout each pitch process, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and expectations
Supervise the upload and presentation of materials on platforms or portals required by the pitch process, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines
Manage short- and medium-term proposals while also contributing to long-term business development projects
Requirements At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within advertising agencies and new business projects
Strong knowledge of advertising deliverables (digital, print, activations, etc.)
Proven ability to stay highly organized and effectively manage demanding workloads
Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with internal teams and potential clients
High level of English, both written and spoken
Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced and competitive environments
