Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer (CPO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cloud platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain the cloud platform on a daily basis
* Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability
* Handle incidents and perform troubleshooting to restore services quickly
* Support backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity
* Perform operational maintenance and system health checks
* Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cloud operations and observability
* Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
* Experience with backup and restore processes
* Strong Linux and systems administration background
* Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in 24x7 production environments
* Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
