Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Barcelona. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include audit and set up, onbosrding, developing strategies for customer retention, analyzing client needs, and proactively addressing challenges to guarantee a positive customer experience while driving brand loyalty and value.

* Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term partnerships
* Proven Analytical Skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions

* Proficiency in relevant software tools and experience in project management is a plus
* proficient in spanish and english is a MUST, fluency in french is a great asset
* Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and asset management is desirable
