Responsibilities
- Technical and Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring proper understanding by the development team.
- Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization.
- Development Support: Accompany the technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing functional or technical questions and ensuring correct implementation of requirements.
- System and Architecture Analysis: Understand system architecture, component dependencies, and integrations with other services or APIs.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (diagrams, data flows, specifications).
- Active Participation in Scrum: Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives), contributing to requirement clarity and prioritization.
- Incident and Improvement Management: Analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and coordinate their resolution with the team.
- Quality and Best Practices: Promote good analysis, design, and documentation practices within the team to enhance efficiency and traceability.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred.
- Fluency in English (at least B2). Fluency in German is preferred.
- Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.
- Strong team player with experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to understand integrations, data flows, and API specifications.
- Understanding of systems architecture and development concepts (no programming required).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Experience with Scrum, actively participating in ceremonies and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
Preferred Skills
- At least 2‑4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong background in agile environments.
- Experience in the banking sector, especially with asset management systems.
- Proficiency in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Business process analysis and visualization of requirements.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies in an agile framework.
- Strong team player, quick thinker, results‑oriented, adaptive, proactive communicator, well‑organized, and attentive to time management.
