Key Responsibilities Lead the local HR function, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate HR policies Act as a trusted partner to managers on all people-related matters Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives Manage employee relations and labor matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation Support organizational development, workforce planning, and change management projects Collaborate with regional and international teams on HR initiatives and best practices
What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role such as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment is highly valued. Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor law High level of English is essential. Hands-on, business-oriented profile with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
