Connected Worker Platform Specialist
to join their European IT team and lead a massive digital transformation program.
You will be working closely with IT Lead for Europe, Africa, and Asia on a critical strategic initiative that pushes operations
beyond Industry 4.0 concepts. This is a rare, front-line opportunity that will

The Role: Connected Worker Platform Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a
new connected worker platform
across manufacturing sites. You will be key in enabling
mobility
and fundamentally transforming work processes to be
notification-driven, moving away from fixed-task oriented operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the implementation and successful rollout of a connected worker platform, which is new for manufacturing sites.
Transforming existing work processes to be
notification-driven
using mobile devices (phones and tablets).
Driving
change management
to overcome resistance from plant personnel and ensuring proper
adoption
of the new technology.
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders without relying heavily on technical terms.
What you’ll bring:
Manufacturing plant experience
(doesn't need to be recent).
Involvement in
transformation projects, particularly with
mobile technology.
Strong
Change Management capabilities
and high
Emotional Intelligence.
The
energy and persistence
to drive changes despite initial rejections and organizational resistance.
Ability to challenge the status quo while understanding the language of plant operations.
Willingness to travel (e.G., to Belgium, China, or the US).
