We are looking for a hands‐on, self‐driven Marketing Manager - Spain to lead all marketing and communication activities for the Spanish market.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic marketing capabilities with the ability to execute operationally and independently.

As the sole marketing representative in Spain, you will work closely with the Spanish business leadership team and collaborate daily with the international DUAL Europe Marketing team, ensuring alignment with group strategy and brand guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

* Develop and implement the local marketing plan aligned with DUAL Europe's strategic objectives.
* Act as the marketing advisor for Spanish leadership, identifying opportunities to support growth, distribution, underwriting lines and partner engagement.
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines across all touchpoints.

Operational Execution (Hands‐On)

* Manage and produce all local marketing materials (brochures, pitch decks, digital assets, campaigns).
* Plan and execute events, conferences, webinars and broker engagements.
* Coordinate PR and media activities, including press releases and spokesperson support.
* Maintain and update local website pages and digital channels.
* Oversee social media content and localisation for the Spanish market.
* Support internal communications for Spain when needed.

Coordination & Collaboration

* Work closely with the pan-European marketing team to align initiatives, share best practices and ensure integration into group-wide campaigns.
* Liaise with external suppliers (agencies, printers, event partners) and manage budgets efficiently.
* Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and KPIs.

Key requirements

Mandatory

* 5+ years of experience in marketing communication roles; experience in financial services, insurance, or B2B professional markets is a strong plus.
* Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple projects and take full ownership of the local market.
* Strong content creation skills (copywriting, presentations, digital assets).
* Experience managing events and broker/partner engagement initiatives.
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
* Native or fluent Spanish; excellent command of English (daily collaborations with international team).

Nice to Have

* Experience in international organisations or matrix environments.
* Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools.
* Basic design skills (Microsoft and Adobe suite) a plus.Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently and find solutions.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate smoothly into a cross‐country marketing team.
* Hands-on attitude and willingness to "roll up sleeves" when needed.
