UX WRITER
Experience Design- THE OPPORTUNITY- We’re looking for UX writers to join our Experience Design team in Zaragoza. We have opportunities in the following teams:
- Category Experience Team
We understand the different consumer needs applied to the context of category experiences (i.e. Running | Football | Training | Lifestyle).
Our aim is to deliver a seamless and coherent consumer experience across all digital touchpoints. With our focus on categories, we create a deep understanding of the consumer needs and uncover business opportunities through ongoing discovery and delivery work. We’re the category experts, working horizontally across the business and enabling premium experiences along the user journey.- Upper Funnel Baseline Team
Upper Funnel is where the vast majority of our consumers land within our digital experiences, be it at our website or the adidas app. It's where they get immersed in the world of adidas and its several business units, navigate through many thousands of products, get inspired by the latest trends and releases, understand our technologies and styles, to ultimately find the best product for them to achieve their personal best.
Examples of focus areas are how can we help customers navigate towards the perfect product for them, how can we inspire the right level of confidence for them to come to that decision and how do we personalize their journey, amongst many others. Empowered consumers make better choices, have fewer reasons to return products and are more likely to come back.- CRM Team
As part of our CRM team, you will be a key player in creating relevant engagement loops to develop members along their lifecycle, leveraging the best of the adidas value proposition and allowing us to create relationships that last.- Key responsibilities:
- Own the UX writing process end-to-end: from identifying opportunities, exploration, research and validation, to execution and managing the localisation process
- Collaborate and co-create solutions with cross-functional team members across Design, Research, Product, Engineering, and more as needed, to form a holistic UX approach
- Contribute to community initiatives and best practices to mature the UX writing practice
- Coordinate closely with language specialists to bring their market-specific knowledge to our UX process

- You’ve got 5+ years experience writing for product teams
- You’re most at home in an agile/Scrum environment
- You can work independently, but you're also a strong team player
- You’re a creator at heart. You’re deeply passionate about your craft and can balance consistency with creativity
- You’re familiar with experimentation and research; you can test, validate, and iterate on your solutions
- You can source, interpret, and implement feedback and insights into your content design decisions
- You know how to prioritise work accordingly and handle responsibilities for a wide number of projects
