Salary:EUR19,738 gross/year
Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users of software and cloud-based products.
Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience.
Document cases and follow company procedures accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or escalated issues.
Requirements
Fluent Portuguese speaker(C2 and higher level).
Good command of English(written and spoken).
Education or experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in:Cloud technologies
Microsoft products: Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.
Microsoft Windows (a plus)
Strongproblem-solving and analytical thinkingskills.
Ability to handle diverse customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
