The role will work across all current agency clients, ensuring accounts run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will provide all requested services and reports, influence media investment strategies, and support prospecting efforts. A key responsibility is working closely with clients’ media agencies to leverage results and identify business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Media Agencies Relationship and Opportunities (40%)
* Receive and analyze briefings from client’s agencies; deliver campaign objectives to the media team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies.
* Identify revenue opportunities through analysis of client spending and media investments.
* Monitor and manage media campaigns from the client/agency side.
* Supervise administrative coordination across all accounts.
1. Prospecting (35%)
* Present offers and proposals to prospects; conduct media planning if necessary.
* Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and credit checks.
2. Client Handling (25%)
* Follow up on revenue objectives with clients.
* Oversee preparation of summaries and reports for clients.
* Manage client calls and main requests.
* Handle contract renewals with existing clients.
* Manage assets remarketing.
3. Skills Profile:
* Minimum 12 years’ experience in media and client services.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Proven negotiation skills and experience.
* Strong profit-oriented mindset.
* Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen.
* Ability to build relationships with clients, media agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Ambitious, eager to succeed, and willing to go the extra mile.
