About the Role
The mission of the position is manage and execute aftersales offers (retrofit and other CS product lines) and orders through :
* Direct contact with customers and agents.
* Support to CS sales area manager.
* Projects follow-up in collaboration with the different dept of Volpak.
Main responsibilities are :
* Direct contact with the customers and agent (through emails, phone calls, video calls and when they visit Volpak premises) to promote the sales of CS product lines (retrofit and other services).
* Issue the commercial offers and follow the sales process (quotation / invoicing / delivery).
* Follow-up and manage offers / opportunities through CRM platform.
* Support the CS Area manager to meet the customer request and achieve Volpak Order and Sales targets.
* Follow-up the projects in collaboration with the different departments of Volpak.
* Follows up the internal order process until shipment and invoice are issued.
* In coordination with the CS Area Manager, elaborates and processes the order request. Share relevant information regarding the order with the other departments involved.
* Makes sure customer requirements are satisfied. Facilitates useful customer feedback to the Head of Customer Service. Facilitate customer requirements inside Volpak organization.
* Boosts customer service culture among CS and other dept team members.
* Follow up overdue payments to making sure cash flow targets are achieved and pending payments are collecting at the soonest.
* Support the CS team in the development of new sales initiatives or sales tools for spare parts and retrofits.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Engineering Degree, preferably focused on industry and organizational projects. Alternatively extensive customer service or commercial experience.
* Customer service methodology.
* Experience in CRM / SAP / CPQ and other sw system.
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-point).
