Your mission
The Enrollment Team Leader plays a pivotal role in promoting the university’s programs and opportunities to prospective students globally. This position involves developing and implementing outreach strategies, attending and organizing recruitment events, and guiding prospective students through Schiller Bachelor and Master’s programs. The Enrollment Team Leader will register and represent the university at international fairs, high school visits, and virtual events. Additionally, they will coordinate Europe enrollment advisors (5) virtual and on campus Open Days, building relationships and offering personalized support to help students make informed decisions about their education.
Tasks and Responsabilities
* Market Development:
o Identify and engage with key stakeholders in strategic markets, including high schools, embassies, and community organizations .
o Research and identify the most relevant and high-impact education fairs in assigned markets, manage bookings, coordinate logistics, and represent the institution at these events.
o Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in high schools (counselors, principals, etc.)
o Develop and maintain a database of partner schools, embassies, and outreach opportunities.
o Identify and engage potential student ambassadors
* Student Recruitment & Engagement
o Develop and execute recruitment plans to target prospective students, aligning with the university’s strategic goals.
o Provide personalized guidance to students and their families about university programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
o Manage follow-up communications with prospective students via phone, email, and social media to build interest and engagement.
* Event Planning & Representation
o Organize and participate in international and local fairs, high school visits, webinars, open days, and other recruitment events.
o Act as a primary representative of the university, delivering presentations, answering inquiries, and providing support to students and families.
o Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including travel, venue setup, and marketing materials.
* Relationship Building
o Establish and maintain relationships with international high schools, educational agencies, and other organizations to expand outreach opportunities.
o Partner with other departments, such as Marketing and Alumni Relations, to enhance the university’s visibility and reputation internationally.
* Data Management & Reporting
o Track and report on outreach and recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
o Use CRM systems to record student interactions, update progress, and maintain accurate records of recruitment efforts.
o Provide regular feedback to the Recruitment team on trends, student feedback, and areas of opportunity in recruitment.
* Team Management & Leadership
o Lead and manage a team of Enrollment Advisors, ensuring effective coordination of activities and achievement of goals.
o Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to support professional development and maintain high levels of engagement.
o Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and staff absences to ensure operational efficiency.
o Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in international Relations, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 2-4 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, counseling, or a similar role, preferably within an international or higher education setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Experience organizing events and coordinating logistics.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours as needed.
