This position is a TEMPORARY ROLE with a mission for 18 months.
You will support Mondelez Europe Quality Certification Lead in the management of Sustainability certification schemes across Europe (related to claims on packs).
The aim is to maintain successful certification where programs are already implemented and to support projects of new program implementations as needed in the future.
You will also support digitalization of tasks to gain efficiency.
You will interact with the Quality Community in Europe (plants & central), MDS (Mondelez Digital Services), Procurement, Marketing/Sales, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Manage sustainability certification programs (Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, RSPO): coordination for existing certifications maintenance, planning supervision, communication of changes to Certification Bodies, training on standards for new hires and changes, user setup and training on standard tools, coordination of internal audits, conducting some internal audits, leading multisite external audits, coordination of non-conformities investigation and action plans, audit invoices check and approval, and documentation maintenance on TeamSite (certificates, audit reports) with process optimization.
Support new program implementation: training for first implementation, preparing certification applications with required documentation, and supporting plants with documentation creation (procedures, records).
Digitalization: create and optimize task reminders, consolidate Corrective & Preventive Action Plan trackers, contribute to SAP project to facilitate certification management, and build learning modules related to certifications for other functions.
What extra ingredients you will bring
Education: Master Degree in Food related sciences or Food Engineering
Languages: Required: Fluent in English (oral & written); Preferred: Fluent in a 3rd language (especially French)
Certifications: Qualified as Internal auditor
Work Experience: >5 years in FMCG; at least 1-2 years in a plant; 2 years minimum in Quality & Food Safety; experience in cross-country teams and remote work; experience in certification program management
Skills & Competencies & Behaviors: Digital savviness with Excel & numbers; SharePoint management; SAP QM knowledge (strong plus SAP PLM); ability to manage multiple activities; cross-functional communication and leadership; business acumen and influencing/negotiating
Training: Ability to deliver training in English
