Aftersales Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer aftersales services within their region. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with dealers.
Ensure and contribute to the availability of dealer aftersales information, allowing the company to establish service quality goals for dealers.
Organize regular dealer visits to review all service levels (customer satisfaction, maintenance service, service campaigns, staff training, corporate image, spare parts etc.), commercial and quality policies targets and ensure key indicators achievements.
Advise and implement individual improvement plans to elevate dealer service quality compliance and performance, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, established by the company standards.
Carry out mediation work between the dealer and the customer to achieve customer compliance and satisfaction according to the established service standards.
Establish the related standard, processes, procedures and policies of the aftersales service points and workshops.
Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, and other related technical majors.
Advanced level in English.
