About the Project
Shakers is supporting Reply in sourcing senior Full Stack Developers for a large-scale Big Data & energy platform, operating in a high-volume, mission-critical environment.
Role
You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from technical analysis to development, testing, bug fixing and production support, working with modern Big Data stacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications on Cloudera-based platforms
- Implement new features and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Ensure code quality and compliance with delivery standards
- Maintain clear technical documentation
Requirements (Must-have)
- 5+ years in software development (or 9+ with non-university degree)
- Strong experience with Java, Python and Scala
- Hands-on work with Cloudera, Spark, Kafka, HBase/Phoenix
- Solid understanding of Big Data architectures
- Fluent English or Spanish
Nice to have
- Hadoop ecosystem (YARN, HDFS, S3A)
- Apache Iceberg, NiFi, Databricks
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
