What your future business day could look likeIdentify and engage high-potential target accounts through structured outreach across phone, email, and social (inbound + outbound).Turn first contacts into qualified conversations by clarifying pain points, use case, stakeholders, and decision criteria.Build and progress a predictable lead pipeline, prioritizing the right opportunities and driving clear next steps.Own pipeline discipline in the CRM, keeping data accurate, ensuring timely follow-ups, and continuously refining your outreach based on what works.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales, sharing field insights and ensuring smooth, high-quality handovers.
Your profile0–2 years of first experience (internship/working student/first job) in a business environment;
B2B is a plusMotivationto learn outbound & inbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) and qualify leadsStrong drive and resilience: you enjoy reaching out, hearing "no", and improving fastTech-affinity;
interest in business software / SAP is a plus (not a must)Team player with a hands-on mindset and quick learnerFluent Dutch/Flemish (C2) + strong English (C1)
