This role will also be involved in live streaming projects and work closely with the Paid Media team to drive sustainable growth across multiple channels. /ppThis is a hands-on role with strong ownership, ideal for someone who understands performance marketing and enjoys working with creators, partners, and data. /ppbr/ppAffiliate Marketing (Website Amazon)： /pulliManage and optimize affiliate marketing programs for the company website and Amazon /liliRecruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, publishers, and partners /liliDevelop commission structures, promotional policies, and incentive programs to improve performance /liliMonitor affiliate traffic, conversion, and ROI, and continuously optimize results /liliTrack performance and provide regular reporting and insights /li /ulpLive Streaming Projects: /pulliSupport and participate in live streaming initiatives (e.g. influencer live commerce, product live streams) /liliCoordinate with creators, affiliates, MCNs, and third-party partners for live campaigns /liliAnalyze live stream performance and collaborate with the team to improve conversion and revenue. /li /ulpPaid Media Collaboration: /pulliWork closely with the Paid Media team on channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads /liliSupport campaign optimization, channel synergy, and performance analysis /liliAlign affiliate and paid media strategies to maximize overall customer acquisition efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbYour profile includes: /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred). /liliSpanish and English is a must /liliStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills /liliFamiliar with major affiliate platforms and tools /liliBasic understanding of live streaming, influencer marketing, and e-commerce conversion /liliSolid understanding of Paid Media fundamentals is a plus /liliEducation: Bachelor or graduate degree /liliExperience: At least 5-years Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs for websites and/or Amazon.
