Experteer Overview In this role you support Roche Information Solutions Lab Insights products, acting as a bridge between global affiliates and internal teams. You will deliver high-level technical assistance, design and run training programs, and manage knowledge resources to improve service quality. You’ll optimize processes, support product pilots, and coordinate learning activities across regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, scalable solutions that advance Roche’s healthcare mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Provide high-level remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime and resolve complex product issues - Maintain, update, and share product documentation and service notifications to create a centralized knowledge pool - Design learning paths and conduct training sessions for customers, staff, and trainers, including managing certifications - Define and improve service and training workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and regional cooperation - Assist in product pilots and launch preparations, managing communication and e-learning processes (up to 30% travel)Responsabilidades - Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a medical-technical background with IT knowledge - Experience or background in support and training of software products with subject matter expertise - Fluent in English (oral and written);
