Qualifications
Required
- 7–10+ years of progressive project/program management experience within biotech, pharma, or life‑science tech; strong foundation in discovery or translational R&D.;
- Demonstrated, hands‑on experience with BenchSci (e.g., AI‑assisted antibody selection, experimental design insights, literature evidence mapping) embedded in planning and trial‑readiness workflows.
- Proven track record driving complex, cross‑functional projects to milestone delivery (IND‑enabling studies, target triage, biomarker strategy, or platform validation).
- Mastery of core PM skills: WBS, critical path, integrated schedules, cost management, risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication: able to translate scientific complexity into executive‑ready updates and actionable work plans.
- Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet/MS Project/Jira), collaboration suites (M365), and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
Preferred
