We work primarily with affiliate traffic models (CPA / RS / Agency), with a strong focus on traffic quality, compliance, and profitability. /ppDespite being an established business, emobi operates with a lean, startup-style structure: small teams, fast decision-making, and high ownership. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an bAffiliate Growth Manager - /b proactive, hands-on professional who combines strong affiliate acquisition and onboarding experience with a growth mindset and ownership over funnels and landing pages used in performance campaigns. /ppbr/ppThis role is bnot media buying /b. It is about bpartner acquisition, clean launches, growth enablement, and performance ownership /b. The Affiliate Growth Manager owns the end-to-end growth and performance of affiliate traffic, while also acting as the internal owner of landing pages and funnel experiments. The role combines: /pulliAffiliate management, optimization, quality profitability /liliActive sourcing and onboarding of new partners /liliLanding pages funnels overseeing (research, hypotheses, requirements, testing) /li /ulpYou will report directly to the bHead of Growth /b and work closely with affiliates, product, and project teams. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbAffiliate Partner Acquisition Onboarding /b /pulliActively source, vet, and recruit new affiliate partners across priority GEOs. /liliLead partner onboarding end-to-end: commercial setup, tracking, caps, routing, and launch coordination. /liliSet up and validate tracking (Trackier and internal tools), postbacks, and funnels before go-live. /liliEnsure clean, compliant, and scalable launches with new partners. /liliBuild and maintain a structured pipeline of potential partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbAffiliate Growth Performance Management /b /pulliScale selected partners after onboarding based on performance and quality. /liliMonitor volume, ROI, margins, and overall partner profitability. /liliIdentify growth opportunities and scaling paths together with partners. /liliDesign and run structured growth initiatives (incentives, bonuses, expansion to new GEOs). /li /ulpbr/ppbTraffic Quality, Compliance Risk Control /b /pulliMonitor traffic quality indicators: complaints, opt-out rates, fraud signals, and anomalies. /liliTake corrective actions when needed (pauses, rerouting, commercial adjustments). /liliHandle partner issues, disputes, and incidents in a timely and pragmatic way. /liliEnsure compliance with internal standards and external requirements. /li /ulpbr/ppbLanding Pages Funnel Ownership /b /pulliResearch the market to identify effective landing page and funnel approaches used in affiliate campaigns. /liliPropose hypotheses for new landing pages, flows, layouts, and messaging. /liliAct as the internal business owner of landing page initiatives: /lilidefine requirements and success criteria, /liliprepare clear briefs and specifications,coordinate execution with product, project, design, and development teams. /liliParticipate in testing, evaluation, and iteration of landing pages and funnels based on performance data. /li /ulpbr/ppbReporting Internal Communication /b /pulliProvide clear performance overviews, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. /liliMaintain structured documentation of learnings, approaches, and best practices. /liliCommunicate professionally and transparently with affiliate partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /ppMust-Have /pulliProven experience in baffiliate marketing /b, including partner acquisition and onboarding. /liliUnderstanding of traffic acquisition sources (affiliate networks, Google Ads at a conceptual level). /liliExperience in bmobile VAS / mVAS / subscription-based digital products /b. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliProactive, ownership-driven mindset; ability to operate independently in a lean team. /liliSolid understanding of how landing pages and funnels work. /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /liliAvailability to work in bCET time zone /b. /li /ulpNice-to-Have /pulliExperience working in small teams or startup-style environments. /liliKnowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, and traffic quality management. /liliExperience working with multiple international GEOs. /li /ulpNot Required /pulliMobile app marketing experience. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Business Awareness /b /ppYou don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable understanding: /pullilanding page and funnel structures, /lilibasic HTML concepts, /lilithe role of JavaScript in tracking and flows, /lilihow tracking, QA, and postbacks work. /li /ulpThis is required to communicate effectively with product and development teams. /ppbr/ppbReporting Line Structure /b /ppReports directly to: Head of Growth /pulliShort decision chain, high autonomy, minimal bureaucracy. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy This Role Is Interesting /b /pulliHigh ownership and direct impact on growth. /liliStrong focus on partner acquisition and clean scaling. /liliClose collaboration with decision-makers. /liliLean environment with fast execution. /liliOpportunity to grow into a broader growth or leadership role over time. /li /ul
