About the role Multivitamins Group Brand Manager Spain
Are you interested in a Group Brand Manager role that leverages your expertise If so this role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.
The successful candidate will be responsible of the end to end leadership of our portfolio of Multivitamins in Spain leading a JBM in close collaboration with the Regional Global & Commercial Teams the Technical functions (Regulatory Legal Medical Quality) and the Creative / Media agencies.
Key responsibilities
Develop & deploy Total Multivitamins Portfolio strategy fit for Spain & in line with Company & Consumer priorities.
Building the Brand Health & Equity of the portfolio of brands.
Category Performance driving successful healthy & consistent growth above the market.
Leading team to deliver Brand & Portfolio marketing strategy for Spain.
Deliver best in class Communication Planning process in cooperation with Media Managers & Media Agency Partners optimizing ROI and investments.
Ensure excellence in brand execution across all activation levers (across channels including d-comm) partnering with key commercial stakeholders.
Fuel & bring in market consumer-centric innovation strategy & pipeline coordinating the development process from ideation to on time in-market launch.
Delivering a strong sustainable & healthy P&L and driving financial discipline & accountability
Building Development & Career of team to create high engagement & fuel Haleon talent pipeline
Qualifications and skills
We are looking for professionals who would describe themselves as :
Energetic self-starter who is driven to lead an engaged team of marketers as a personal passion to deliver Better Everyday Health with Humanity to our Consumers Shoppers Experts & Customers & who possesses :
6 to 10 years of total Relevant previous experience in marketing & commercial roles preferably in Consumer Health with relevant experience in Pharmacy and knowledge of Mass Market & D-comm channel principles
Previous experience as people manager
Extensive knowledge & experience of consumer market drivers methods levers to activate brand (including media) backed by strong Commercial acumen
Strong Capabilities in evaluating & validating portfolio / brand / media strategies & plans (both traditional / digital) and passionate about excellence in execution
Important also that the candidate has :
Proficiency in both Spanish & English
Right to work in Spain
Business / Management background (Economics Marketing Management Engineering)
Strong Influencing Collaboration & Stakeholder management skills allowing for the creation of a strong team and creating and managing relationships across the organization at all levels
