About the Job
The Inspection Générale (IG) is the internal audit function of the group. It audits all Group activities in France and worldwide, deploying generalists or specialists, through central or local teams. The Iberian Peninsula IG Hub covers Group entities operating in Spain and Portugal, and focuses on IT audits in the region while sometimes supporting EMEA-wide assignments.
The IT Auditor will report directly to the Head of IT Assignment and be part of the worldwide IT Audit Line.
Responsibilities
* Participate in audit team assignments and special reviews.
* Contribute to assignment planning and preparation: understand methodology, acquire deep knowledge of covered activities, technology, and key figures.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the scope’s activities, strategy and governance.
* Evaluate overall setup, identify main risk areas, and assess management actions.
* Execute detailed investigations using strong technical knowledge of IT systems (Databases, Operating Systems Linux/Windows, Cybersecurity/Network security, Virtualisation, containerisation, Cloud Computing).
* Leverage programming languages and scripting to automate efficient investigations.
* Understand standard IT solutions and cybersecurity management to analyse configurations and identify risks.
* Recommend actions for remediation of identified weaknesses.
* Formalise investigation results and contribute to deliverables.
* Present conclusions to senior management.
* Review implementation of IT recommendations: challenge remedial actions and ensure adequacy of responses.
* Perform control testing to confirm proper implementation.
* Contribute to periodic risk assessment of IT activities and planning.
* Keep abreast of regulatory changes relevant to IT activities.
* Assist in developing the IT audit plan using a risk-based approach.
* Contribute to the improvement of IG practices by updating methodologies.
Requirements
* Studies: possess a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
* Professional qualifications/certificates in audit (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
* Experience: not less than 3 years in external or internal auditing, IT, risk, compliance or operations within the financial services industry.
* Languages: English (fluent); Spanish (sufficient level or to be acquired); French or Portuguese (if possible).

* Technical: IT Audit practices; strong background in IT development, maintenance, security (Cybersecurity) and continuity.
* Transversal & behavioural: Analytical skills; ability to synthesize and present to non-IT readers; promote a constructive, cooperative team environment.
