Experteer Overview In this role you lead validation, calibration, and standardization of analytical methods and equipment across EU laboratories, ensuring data integrity and interoperability with LIMS. You will develop and manage the Corporate Sensory Evaluation Program, elevating panel expertise and sensory training. You drive continuous improvement through harmonized workflows, ring tests, and robust reporting to support product development and QA in a global context. implement FT-IR/NIR workflows in LIMS - Build a Corporate ring test FT-IR/NIR program to validate analytical competence - Establish and sustain analytical training to improve competence and productivity - Support LIMS workflows, data integrity processes, and KPIs for laboratory management - Design and implement an EU Sensory Evaluation Program - Enhance sensory evaluation skills across EU plants;

support consumer preference studies - Lead root cause investigations for analytical/sensory deviations and CAPAs - Create a continuous improvement program aligning with EU standardsResponsabilidades - Bachelor degree in a related field (Food Science, Chemistry or similar) - 7+ years in Laboratory and Sensory (Lab Quality) - Experience in industrial/ commercial laboratory settings, preferably in food - Fluency in English and Spanish;
other languages a plus - Mid-level leadership experience - Strong written and oral communication - Technical laboratory and sensory science knowledge - Experience with data analysis and digital systems (Power BI, Excel, LabVantage LIMS) - Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, Gage Studies, DOE) and software (Minitab) - Green Belt Certification preferred - Proven competence in method validation, MSA, ISO 17025 and LIMS administration - Strong understanding of sensory science, data analysis, and statistical reporting - Willingness to travel up to 30%Requisitos principales -
