Associate Director - Financial Controller Iberian HubLocation:
Can be based in Cork, Ireland, or Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities
Support the Iberia Hub CFO in delivering accurate and timely Financial Statements for the Iberia Hub (mainly Spain), validated through internal and external audits.Oversee governance of journal voucher review, account reconciliation, and inter-company processes.Manage the monthly US GAAP trial balance review process.Maintain robust processes for reviewing and understanding monthly Trial Balances.Serve as a key contact for the GA team, supporting and providing technical guidance.Lead expense compliance reviews and the monthly audit process.Ensure SOx compliance and coordinate with the CAS team.Support the monthly PO accrual review process for accurate cost estimates.Build strong relationships with the Hub CFO and affiliate staff to support responsibilities.Liaise with auditors for group and statutory audits.Participate in meetings with GA, S2P, and O2C teams, supporting and following up as needed.Lead the local GA and Tax teams.Basic Qualifications
Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience;
