HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security)
From Temporing Barcelona we select an HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.
- Manage Learning and Training processes.
- Compile reports and prepare information for different stakeholders.
- Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals.
- Lead specific HR projects and collaborate on cross‑functional projects as an HR representative.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or a related field.
- Three years of HR administration experience in a multinational environment.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience with SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- A high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multitasking, proactive planning, persistence, and diplomacy.
- A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism when dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
We offer
- 6‑month temporary contract

- Schedule: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Thursday, intensive Friday.
- Hybrid position.
- Gross annual salary: 37.500€.
