Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage external Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP (1st Level).
* Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs by the AMS team.
* Manage escalations and handle critical incidents.
* Serve as the primary contact for internal business units and stakeholders regarding SAP AMS topics.
* Drive continuous improvement of service processes and collaboration with the AMS team.
* Monitor and control business-critical processes and governance requirements.
* Coordinate IT aspects of internal and external SAP audits, including documentation and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Develop operational documentation for SAP ERP systems (e.g., SOPs).
Your Profile
* Several years of experience managing SAP AMS service providers or SAP Service Management.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Application Management or related areas.
* Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
* Understanding of business, governance, and regulatory processes.
* Excellent communication and diplomatic skills for managing service providers and internal stakeholders.
* Leadership experience, preferably in an international environment.
* Analytical, structured approach to solving complex issues.
* Experience with audits and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001).
* Knowledge of monitoring tools is a plus.
* Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance Management within SAP.
* Familiarity with cloud and on-premise SAP landscapes.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
