The Role
As a VP of Marketing, you will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for defining and executing Immfly’s marketing strategy. You will oversee all marketing functions, including branding, product marketing, communications, events, and market intelligence, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, accelerating demand generation, and supporting Immfly’s commercial goals.
What your day-to-day will look like
Strategic Marketing Leadership
* Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with Immfly’s long-term vision and growth ambitions.
* Lead the marketing team, ensuring a unified approach to brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement.
* Oversee all aspects of branding, product marketing, and digital strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communicating Immfly’s value proposition.
Branding & Product Marketing
* Be the brand guardian, ensuring that Immfly’s brand identity is consistently and effectively communicated across all touchpoints.
* Lead product marketing initiatives, collaborating with product and commercial teams to position Immfly’s services and solutions effectively in the market.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Market Intelligence
* Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, identify emerging trends, and uncover new opportunities for business development.
* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals, providing high-quality marketing materials to support sales activities.
Customer & Partner Engagement
* Foster deep relationships with key airlines and partners, ensuring that marketing strategies reflect their needs and expectations.
* Lead communications with external stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers, to raise awareness of Immfly’s innovative solutions.
* Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine Immfly’s offerings and messaging, ensuring relevance in a competitive market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
* Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure that marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated and support business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
* Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that marketing activities are always aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
