We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join the HR team of a leading international retail company. Based in Málaga, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting people integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with labor unions and works councils.
* Oversee payroll-related labor aspects and ensure alignment with current regulations.
* Negotiate and implement collective bargaining agreements.
* Provide guidance on labor law and compliance to internal stakeholders.
* Support integration processes during M&A transactions from a labor/legal perspective.
* Collaborate with HR leadership to foster a positive and legally sound work environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in labor relations, ideally within large or multinational organizations.
* Strong expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance in Spain.
* Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements .
* Solid exposure to M&A processes, particularly people integration.
* Previous international experience and ability to work in cross-border HR environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
