We are expanding our teams in the Defense sector to participate in European (EDF, EDA) and national projects, working on command and control systems and advanced artillery-related solutions.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will join a multidisciplinary team contributing to systems engineering activities for complex solutions, ensuring proper definition, integration, and compliance with operational and functional requirements. You will collaborate closely with development, V&V, architecture, and end‑user teams in an environment covering early design phases through laboratory and field validation.
Analysis and management of system and subsystem requirements.
Definition of system architectures and functional decomposition.
Preparation and maintenance of system technical documentation.
Coordination with development and V&V teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
Definition of verification and validation strategies in collaboration with testing teams.
Participation in technical reviews and deliverable validation.
Management of requirement‑design‑test‑result traceability.
Support to integration and testing activities in laboratory and field environments.
Contribution to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for graduates in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields, with approximately 2 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or definition of complex solutions.
Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and requirements.
Intermediate‑high level of English (minimum B2/C1).
Methodical profile, detail‑oriented, and quality‑driven mindset.
Teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
