The Role
As a Packaging Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing packaging solutions that drive quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams, you’ll manage projects from concept to industrialization — ensuring packaging meets functional, technical, and regulatory standards while supporting Essential Home’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver packaging projects on time and within scope.
Plan and conduct packaging tests, analyze results, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Create and maintain packaging specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in PLM systems.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and cost-saving projects.
Support supplier visits, quality investigations, and production troubleshooting.
Participate in store checks, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.
Manage packaging samples, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Ensure all packaging designs and processes comply with legal, corporate, and ethical standards.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Degree in Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English (B1–B2 level)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to read technical drawings
