Our client, a leading multinational in the construction sector, requires a SAP Consultant Sales & Logistic Execution as part of the expansion of the SAP team, due to numerous implementation and roll-out projects in its subsidiaries.
What will you be doing?
Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions including: triaging issues, resolving issues, escalating issues to the key resolver groups;
Manage the incident and request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements;
Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes;
Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently support the resolution of the underlying issues;
Monitor key technical aspects of the SAP solution, including integration across SAP systems and the touchpoints with external non-SAP systems;
Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure they are being followed and where improvement is needed, collaboratively introducing appropriate activities with the Global Process Owner to drive adoption.
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring experience with:
Monitoring, understanding, and issue resolution in SAP areas such as I-Docs, B-Docs, RFC queues, Batch jobs;
Interfaces between SAP systems - CRM, ECC, SCM;
Interfaces to external third-party systems via SAP PI or similar tools;
SAP functional knowledge in Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FIN);
Advanced command of English;
Willingness to travel (EMEA).
